We are currently seeking experienced Corporate Travel Representatives to join our remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle after-hours calls from agency clients
- Assist with booking and modifying corporate travel reservations
- Work independently across one or more GDS platforms (Apollo, Galileo (Travelport+), Sabre, Worldspan, Amadeus)
- Follow agency policies and provide top-tier customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience
- Proficiency in at least one GDS system
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (days off are midweek)
- Must have high-speed internet, a personal computer, and a quiet home office space

Special Services Desk (SSD)/ticketing department agents needed:
The Special Services Desk (SSD) agent provides critical support for travel agency queue monitoring and ticketing.
The primary responsibilities include:
- File Finishing & Queue Monitoring
Ensuring booking files (PNRs) are complete and accurate, and queues are monitored regularly for timely processing. - Client Support (Special projects)
Responding to and resolving client inquiries efficiently and professionally. - Quality Control (QC)
Conducting detailed reviews to ensure: - All itinerary items are confirmed.
- Fares stored in the PNR are accurate and applicable.
- Flight continuity and minimum connection times are valid.
- Agency contracts and required authorizations are correctly applied.
- All policies and procedures have been met, ensuring the record is ready for ticketing.
- Policy & Procedure Compliance
Maintaining strict adherence to the policies and procedures of agent24/Travel Helpline and agency clients.
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed):
- Assisting with flight, hotel, car, and ground transportation re-accommodations during disruptions (e.g., weather events).
