Now Hiring Remote Agents

agent24, inc. is a 24x7 after-hours travel service provider. We currently have openings for corporate travel reps to join our successful remote agent workforce. Agents will process incoming calls from agency clients requiring changes to existing reservations or to book new reservations. We work in five GDS systems (Apollo, Galileo (Travelport+), Sabre, Worldspan, and Amadeus). Candidates must have the ability to problem solve, work independently, offer exemplary customer service skills, and follow all agency clients’ policies and procedures.

Two years minimum experience working in a corporate travel environment is required. Agents must be efficient on at least one GDS system and have a working knowledge of MS Office products. Agents will be required to work late afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Days off are midweek. Candidates must have high-speed Internet access, a personal computer, and a quiet work area in their homes.
