Jim Mazza
President & COO
As President and COO for agent24, Jim Mazza is responsible for overseeing company operations and managing the strategic direction of the organization. Since 1987 Jim has been involved in all aspects of the travel business, including: preferred supplier negotiations, reservations and ticketing, internal and external sales, member relations, and after-hours services.


Jill Herd
Sr. Vice President of Contact Center Operations
As Sr. Vice President of Contact Center Operations, Jill  Herd is responsible for managing agent24 operations. She is a results oriented professional who oversees the day-to-day operations, which include training, reservations, account management, customer service delivery, and customer implementation.


Andrea Melendez

Director, Sales & Client Relations
Since joining AMG and agent24 almost twenty years ago, Andrea has been actively involved in the business travel industry.  Her extensive background in sales, account management and operations give her the well-balanced foundation necessary to assist client and prospects in maximizing the opportunities available to them through agent24.  Andrea has introduced over 1500 new clients to agent24. In addition to sales, Andrea serves as a key account manager providing support and direction to several of our top clients.

Pascale Kerby   

Vice President Sales and Marketing     Pascale has over thirty years of business travel experience including ten years with our parent company American Marketing Group. Her background includes operations, sales and client engagement. She has served as District Account Manager for Travelport and directed global sales efforts at Worldspan. Pascale is responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts and is instrumental in the development and deployment of new products and services.

Cynthia Kropp

Director Agency Hotel Sales
Throughout her almost 30 year tenure in the travel industry, Cynthia has witnessed the continual evolution of the travel industry and the many ways organizations have responded with innovative products, programs and superior service that help to ensure the success of its agency customers.  Cynthia’s primary objectives are business development and the daily delivery of customer-focused travel tools that meet the ever-changing needs of the travel agency community. 

An advocate for the travel professional and supporter of ASTA, Cynthia has served on both the ASTA Allied Marketing Council and the ASTA PAC Committee
