- The email team will process travelers email requests when your agency is closed
- After your client sends an email request, an automated message will be sent advising that their email was received
- The email team will respond to all email inquiries within one hour
- If the transaction becomes too complex, or requires multiple emails to complete, the agent will offer to call and complete the transaction
- Travel requests initiated within six hours of departure should contact agent24 via telephone
